Panos Fouskas, PhD

I was born in Kozani, Greece in 1983. I studied  General Economic Theory and Policy at the Department of Economics at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in Greece. I served my military service as a sergeant in the Greek Infantry. In 2008 I moved to the UK to pursue further studies. I graduated from the Department of Economics at Essex University with a master degree in Financial and Business Economics. I completed (with full scholarship) my PhD studies in Economics under the supervision of Prof. David Blackbaby and Dr. Catherine Robinson at Swansea University. Since 2014 I have been employeed in the Department of Economics at Birmingham University.
